Questions we hear ✧ before every project.
Do I need a CAD file?
It helps, but it is not required. With CAD (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Inventor…) we work faster and more precisely. Without it, we start from drawings, photos and measurements.
How long should a technical video be?
30 to 90 seconds for trade fairs, websites and LinkedIn. Two to four minutes for training and technical onboarding. We help you choose based on where it will be used.
Can we use the same video at a trade fair and on our website?
Yes. From one project we deliver a silent loop for the stand, short cuts with captions for social media and a full version for sales and training.
Can you show a machine that does not exist yet?
Yes. From CAD we can present a product before the prototype is built, useful for pre-launch, patents and early sales.
What about confidentiality?
We work under NDA as standard. Your files and renders stay private, and nothing is published without your written approval.
